To all of my customers,
Because of my husband's critical spinal injury and the time consuming care needed during his recovery, I have gotten way behind on orders. I am a one person business, located in a very remote area, and I cannot find competent help.
Furthermore, this past winter, 3 of my suppliers have gone out of business due to the economy. Of course without notice, and I am still trying to get refunded for my unfilled orders. This has put me in a bind trying to find quality replacement leather goods.
Please know that I have not taken any new orders for months . I am completing all past orders as quickly as possible, many have been shipped this past week. Your patience is greatly appreciated. I do understand your frustration. Please realize that I too, am beyond frustrated.
I am trying to return emails but they keep bouncing. I have had this computer in the shop more often than not, (over 75 miles away) yet I cannot resolve the problem, nor can I afford to have someone travel here to fix the problem.
Once all past orders are complete I will only offer pre-made crystal tack as I find time to make. MAYBE, IN THE FUTURE, I might resume making custom tack, but not until I can do so in a timely manner.
